Terms of Service

Welcome to EdgeFast. EdgeFast provides Price Check (screenshot price checks), My Bets (your private betting journal), Edge Board, account tools, and paid subscription features. By using EdgeFast you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to use sports betting information in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for every wager you place. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements. You may not use EdgeFast if U.S. sanctions law prohibits us from providing the service to you. Payments are processed by Stripe, which screens transactions.

2. Subscription and Access

Free accounts include unlimited My Bets (your private betting journal) plus 10 screenshot price checks per calendar month with basic detail on all supported slip types (singles, parlays, SGP, and SGP+). Opening My Bets and re-viewing saved slips never consume checks. Free includes the fair price and listed-book shopping when matched, return % and per-slip price-vs-close (when captured), and the first 3 matched legs per check. Paid plans add all matched legs per check, price-vs-close breakdowns by sport, bet type, and book, Edge Board posting, and other features listed on the pricing page. Paid plans automatically renew at the then-current listed price until you cancel in Plan & Usage. Plan limits may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. One-time credit packs add checks after your monthly quota. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable except for billing errors. Complimentary extra credits may expire; we’ll show a date when they do. Credit packs do not auto-renew.

2a. Sportsbook links

EdgeFast is not a sportsbook and does not place bets, open accounts, or process deposits for you. We may show listed sportsbook names and odds so you can compare prices. We do not currently operate live sportsbook signup or deposit hops. If we add affiliate links later, we will disclose them next to those links.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

All subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Canceling stops future renewals at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at support@edgefast.ai.

4. Informational Use Only

EdgeFast provides informational analysis only. Price checks, fair-value estimates, and listed quotes are not betting, financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place. EdgeFast is not a sportsbook, gaming operator, or licensed gambling service.

4a. Community Board Content

Edge Board posts from EdgePro and EdgeMax members reflect their own decisions and price-check evidence; win rates are never the Board scoreboard. EdgeFast does not sell picks or endorse any wager. Archived or third-party slips are not published as Board content.

5. Availability and Accuracy

Sportsbook lines, market data, extraction results, and analysis can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify your betslip and the available price directly with your sportsbook before placing a wager. EdgeFast makes no guarantee of continuous or error-free availability.

6. Intellectual Property and Uploaded Content

When you upload a betslip image for Price Check or My Bets, you grant EdgeFast a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely to provide the analysis and journal service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload. Do not upload images containing other people’s personal or financial information without their consent.

6a. Public Edge Board license

By posting a public Edge Board screenshot or post, you grant EdgeFast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that image, extracted text, and related post content to operate the product, improve sportsbook detection and slip reading, and train grading models. This license lasts for as long as the post remains on Edge Board and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to finish processing already-started training jobs. You keep any rights you have in the content; this is a license, not a transfer.

Private My Bets and other non-public uploads are not used for that public training. Unchecking the public screenshot option keeps the image off the Board and out of the screenshot training set; public post text is still licensed as described above. Public Board screenshots and post text may be used to operate, improve, and train EdgeFast’s grading product. Private My Bets are not used for that training. 7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. EdgeFast may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or use the service in ways that harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access ends immediately; subscription fees already collected are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeFast LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any gambling losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to EdgeFast in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of EdgeFast after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days in advance.

10. Responsible Gambling

Bet responsibly. Gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org for support. 1-800-GAMBLER is a problem-gambling helpline, not EdgeFast support.
