Terms of Service

Welcome to EdgeFast. EdgeFast provides Price Check (screenshot price checks), My Bets (your private betting journal), Edge Board, account tools, and paid subscription features. By using EdgeFast you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to use sports betting information in your jurisdiction. Age is confirmed by your attestation at sign-up; we do not verify identity documents, and we may suspend any account we believe belongs to someone under 21. You are responsible for every wager you place. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements. You may not use EdgeFast if U.S. sanctions law prohibits us from providing the service to you. Payments are processed by Stripe, which screens transactions.

2. Subscription and Access

Free accounts include unlimited My Bets (your private betting journal) plus 10 screenshot price checks per calendar month with basic detail on all supported slip types (singles, parlays, SGP, and SGP+). Opening My Bets and re-viewing saved slips never consume checks. Free includes the fair price and listed-book shopping when matched, return % and per-slip price-vs-close (when captured), and the first 3 matched legs per check. Paid plans add all matched legs per check, price-vs-close breakdowns by sport, bet type, and book, Edge Board posting, and other features listed on the pricing page. Paid plans automatically renew at the then-current listed price until you cancel in Plan & Usage. Plan limits may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. One-time credit packs add checks after your monthly quota. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable except for billing errors or as described in Section 15 (location restrictions), including full refunds of purchases we decline. Complimentary extra credits may expire; we’ll show a date when they do. Credit packs do not auto-renew.

Referral offers. All referral dollar amounts are denominated in USD. A new customer using a valid personal invite gets $10 off the first EdgePro or EdgeMax subscription payment, monthly or annual. The referrer earns $10 after that customer's subscription first renews and the renewal payment succeeds for a nonzero amount. Each qualifying friend earns another $10; rewards have no cap or expiry. Credit automatically reduces eligible subscription invoices, and unused credit carries forward. It cannot pay for check-credit packs or unrelated charges, be transferred, or be exchanged for cash. Canceling does not remove earned credit. A refund reverses the unused part of that referral reward. A payment dispute freezes its unused part until resolution: credit is restored if the dispute is won and reversed if it is lost. Credit already spent is absorbed; no recovery charge or negative balance is created. EDGEME is a separate launch offer for eligible monthly plans only: 50% off your first month on a monthly plan, valid through October 31, 2026. It does not apply to annual plans, combine with a personal invite, or earn a referral reward.

2b. Payments and merchant of record

Purchases are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as the merchant of record: Link collects payment and any applicable sales tax, and its own terms also apply to the purchase. Charges appear on your card statement as “LINK.COM* EDGEFAST”. You can cancel a subscription in Plan & Usage on EdgeFast or in your Link account at link.com. Link support may also review payment questions and refund requests under its own policies.

2a. Sportsbook links

EdgeFast is not a sportsbook and does not place bets, open accounts, or process deposits for you. We may show listed sportsbook names and odds so you can compare prices. We do not currently operate live sportsbook signup or deposit hops. If we add affiliate links later, we will disclose them next to those links.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

All subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law, except as described in Section 15 (location restrictions), including full refunds of purchases we decline, and except for refunds Link issues as merchant of record (Section 2b). Canceling stops future renewals at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at support@edgefast.ai.

4. Informational Use Only

EdgeFast provides informational analysis only. Price checks, fair-value estimates, and listed quotes are not betting, financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place. EdgeFast is not a sportsbook, gaming operator, or licensed gambling service.

4a. Community Board Content

Edge Board posts from EdgePro and EdgeMax members reflect their own decisions and price-check evidence; win rates are never the Board scoreboard. EdgeFast does not sell picks or endorse any wager. Archived or third-party slips are not published as Board content.

5. Availability and Accuracy

Sportsbook lines, market data, extraction results, and analysis can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify your betslip and the available price directly with your sportsbook before placing a wager. EdgeFast makes no guarantee of continuous or error-free availability.

5a. Automated analysis

Betslip reading and grading use automated OCR and AI extraction plus market-data lookups. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. EdgeFast does not manually review every slip. Verify details with your sportsbook before wagering.

6. Intellectual Property and Uploaded Content

When you upload a betslip image for Price Check or My Bets, you grant EdgeFast a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely to provide the analysis and journal service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload. Do not upload images containing other people’s personal or financial information without their consent.

6a. Public Edge Board license

By posting a public Edge Board screenshot or post, you grant EdgeFast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that image, extracted text, and related post content to operate the product, improve sportsbook detection and slip reading, and train grading models. This license lasts for as long as the post remains on Edge Board and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to finish processing already-started training jobs. You keep any rights you have in the content; this is a license, not a transfer.

Private My Bets and other non-public uploads are not used for that public training. Unchecking the public screenshot option keeps the image off the Board and out of the screenshot training set; public post text is still licensed as described above. Public Board screenshots and post text may be used to operate, improve, and train EdgeFast’s grading product. Private My Bets are not used for that training. 7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. EdgeFast may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or use the service in ways that harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access ends immediately; subscription fees already collected are non-refundable unless required by law, except as described in Section 15 (location restrictions), including full refunds of purchases we decline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeFast LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any gambling losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to EdgeFast in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of EdgeFast after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days in advance. The changes in this version, including the dispute-resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver terms in Section 12, take effect for existing users 7 days after the “Last updated” date above; for new users they take effect when you accept these Terms.

10. Responsible Gambling

Bet responsibly. Gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org for support. 1-800-GAMBLER is a problem-gambling helpline, not EdgeFast support.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms, and any dispute between you and EdgeFast LLC, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 12, any court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where the law of your state of residence does not allow this. Nothing in this section takes away consumer-protection rights that the law of your home state gives you and that cannot be waived.

12. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, email support@edgefast.ai with your name, account email, and a description of the problem. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it informally, you and EdgeFast LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. Arbitration will take place in Pennsylvania or by video, or in the county where you live if the AAA rules allow. EdgeFast will pay the AAA filing fees above what you would pay to file in small-claims court.

Small-claims and injunctive carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead, and either party may seek a court order to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the service.

No class actions. You and EdgeFast agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must be decided in court, not arbitration.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing support@edgefast.ai with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of first accepting this version of the Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of the Terms.

13. Assumption of risk; no guarantee of results

Sports betting involves risk, and most bettors lose money over time. EdgeFast shows prices, estimates, and records; it does not predict outcomes and does not guarantee that any price is available, that any estimate is correct, or that using EdgeFast will make you money. Expected value, fair-odds, and closing-line figures are statistical estimates that can be wrong. You alone decide whether, where, and how much to bet, and you accept all risk of loss from any wager you place. EdgeFast is not responsible for sportsbook limits, account restrictions, voided bets, or pricing changes.

14. Your responsibilities; lawful use

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including whether sports betting and the use of sports betting information are lawful where you are. Use EdgeFast only with sportsbooks that are legally licensed to accept your wagers where you are physically located. Do not use EdgeFast to assist anyone else’s unlawful gambling, to operate a betting business, or to supply information to a sportsbook or betting operator. EdgeFast is a consumer analytics and record-keeping tool; it is not a sportsbook, a betting exchange, a bookmaker’s information service, or a tipster, and it does not accept, place, forward, or settle wagers.

15. Where the service is available

Paid plans are offered only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21. The free plan is available where lawful. We may make some or all features unavailable in particular states or countries based on our understanding of local law. We may use your IP address, billing address, and other signals to apply these limits, and we may refuse or cancel a subscription from a location where we do not offer the paid service. If we decline a purchase for this reason, we refund it in full. If we stop offering paid features where you live mid-term, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription. Access to your existing journal and account is not affected by a feature restriction.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, EdgeFast LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow these disclaimers, so some of them may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and reimburse EdgeFast LLC and its owner, contractors, and service providers for any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from content you upload or post, your wagers, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of a sportsbook’s terms.
