Yes, you can cancel online any time. Settings → Plan & Usage → Manage billing opens the billing portal, and you can also cancel at link.com. You keep access through the end of the paid period. Charges are not refunded except as required by law, for billing errors, or as described in Section 15 of the Terms (location restrictions), including full refunds of purchases we decline.
Open Manage billing and pick the other plan or billing interval. An upgrade charges the prorated difference right away, and the new monthly quota applies as soon as the change goes through. A valid personal invite gives a new subscriber $10 off their first EdgePro or EdgeMax payment, monthly or annual. Referral amounts are in USD. When that subscriber's plan first renews and the renewal payment succeeds, the inviter earns $10 in subscription credit. Credits accumulate and reduce later eligible subscription invoices, including annual renewals; unused credit carries forward. They never pay for check-credit packs or combine with another introductory offer.
