Takedown notice requirements

Your notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL or Edge Board pick link you want removed
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A good-faith statement that use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, email support@edgefast.ai with "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject. Include the information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(g).

Repeat infringers

EdgeFast may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or post abusive content, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Non-copyright moderation (misleading picks, spam): use Report pick on any Edge Board entry while signed in.
